When should I order?
Request your breakfast before 8 pm on the previous day. Availability and the delivery arrangement are confirmed before reservation.
When will breakfast arrive?
Delivery is available from 8 am onwards. Share your preferred time; an exact slot is confirmed with the catering partner.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Vegan and Gluten-Free menus are listed. Tell us about allergies or intolerances so the partner can confirm ingredients, preparation and any possible adaptations.
How do I make a request?
Choose your preferred option and share the practical details on WhatsApp. Your request is an availability enquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
How is my booking confirmed?
We check availability and explain the service, price and conditions before you reserve. The service booking payment is made securely via Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my plans?
The applicable amendment and cancellation conditions are provided before you reserve. Tell your concierge as soon as your plans change.
