Which services can I request at my accommodation?

How far in advance should I enquire?
Lead times differ by service. Breakfast requests are made before 8 pm the previous day; private chef requests should normally be made at least seven days ahead. Check the individual service page and ask us to confirm availability.
Can I share dietary preferences or access instructions?
Yes. Include dietary requirements, your accommodation and any practical access details in your request. The selected partner confirms what can be accommodated.
Is my request already a confirmed reservation?
No. We first check availability and explain the service, total price and conditions. You decide whether to proceed once the details are clear.
